Netrius has been in business for almost 10 years. During that time it has worked on a wide variety of projects – the smallest being to refresh a marketing strategy and plan for an industry forum through to supplying a programme manager full time for 18 months into the public sector.
Examples of the projects and roles we have done are:
- Member of the senior leadership team for small PR agency looking to expand from boutique status to mainstream (Top 30 in UK). Part time role (2 days per week) over period of 6 months.
- Marketing programme manager for industry forum (telecom) with responsibility for strategy, education (events), PR and collateral development. Part time role (initially 10 days per quarter growing to 2 days per week) over period of 18 months.
- EMEA PR manager for US based software developer. 6 days per month over period of 9 months.
- Programme Manager (but with heavy focus on communications) for customer migration project. Full time assignment for period of 18 months.
- Communications Manager for a geospatial industry initiative. Initially 2 days per week for 6 months, handing off to in house resource. Later re-engaged on a management role of 5 days per quarter to guide the in-house resource.
- Programme Manager (but with heavy focus on communications) for software vendor in GIS space looking to manage change of product line to web services based platform. 6 days per month for 12 months culminating in their acquisition. This role has continued for the new parent company in handling the integration of their other acquisitions since.
- Conference Producer for industry forum (telecom). To develop their programme of conferences on a global basis. Initially around 4 days per month for 6 months, growing to approximately 2 days per week over period of 3 years.
- Communications Manager for UK Government programme – a legislative requirement stemming from implementing an EU Directive. 2 days per week for 12 months, handing off to in house resource.
